My health journey began long before I started Litality—when I was given a book that opened my eyes to the idea that each person has the power to heal themselves. Over the years, I’ve healed myself from numerous health challenges, including breast fibroids, gallbladder issues, and even improved my eyesight—simply by learning how to nourish my body through food. As a mother, I was determined to pass on the gift of health to my children. I wanted them to grow up strong, balanced, and free from the same struggles I had experienced. That’s when I dove deep into the ancient wisdom of food as medicine and began applying it to my own family’s lifestyle. By cooking meals that supported our bodies and minds, I watched our health transform. My kids grew up healthy, focused, and stable—proof that this way of eating and living really works. With over 20 years of experience and a passion for empowering others, I’ve learned that health is not a one-size-fits-all solution. It’s a personal journey, and each person’s needs are unique. That’s why I work closely with my clients, offering personalized consultations and cooking lessons to help them create the balance they need. I’ve seen time and time again how small changes in food and lifestyle can make a huge difference—and nothing inspires me more than seeing my clients thrive. At Litality, I teach women and families to believe in their own innate ability to heal.
